Samsung Smart TV
Overview:
The Samsung SMART TV is a 3D LED TV and was launched in April this year. The TV offers web browsing, internet TV and the Samsung App-store, where the TV user can download apps. Today like smartphone´s, perhaps SMART TV will become the standard TV at home. It is possible to watch internet TV and chat with facebook friends.
These are two features of the SMART TV:
Smart Hub
Allshare allows TV user to connect via WiFi with smartphone, laptop and hard drives using the Dynamic Living Network Alliance protocol (DLNA). Users have to download the Allshare software and this software allows to share content between the e.g the smartphone and TV.
Samsung Apps
One downloadable app is the remote control for the Samsung Galaxy smartphone which basically gives a full duplication of every function that you will find on the standard remote control. So if you don´t know, where the real remote control is, this app replace the remote control. You can also download the Skype app and enjoying video chat in front of the TV.
The price range for the Samsung Smart TV is between AU$ 1298 and AU$ 2999 at Harvey Norman.
